The seeds don't look much inside the fruit but there is a surprisingly large amount of juice and punchy flavour that competes with pineapple and banana in a smoothie.

Ingredients:
3 small passion fruit
1 banana
1 cup of cubed pineapple
1 cup of raspberries
Ice
Open up your passion fruit and scrape the juice and seeds inside your blender. Peel and chop your banana and pineapple and add to the blender alongside your washed raspberries. Add ice if you like it cold and a little water for consistency.
Blend and pour.
