We offer free second class delivery via Royal Mail for orders over £30. Optional first class delivery over £30 is charged at £1.00  Second class delivery under an order value of £30 is charged at £2.99 First class deliver on an order under the value of £30 is charged at £3.99 

For Royal Mail orders, if no-one is at home when the postman calls, a calling card will be left which gives you the option of having the parcel redelivered, picking the parcel up from your local Royal Mail Delivery Centre or having the parcel delivered to your local Post Office (for a small charge). If you do not contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Centre and the parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay your original shipping charges for us to reship to you.

For larger orders the same delivery costs apply except we may opt for a designated courier delivery. We will advise of the details in your despatch e-mail with any tracking numbers you may need. 

Should any of your item not be available for delivery immediately we will ship all available items and contact you for instruction. Further deliveries on the same order number will be included in the original postage cost.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address details you must pay all delivery costs for a re-dispatch. We are not responsible for the loss of your order should incorrect details be provided. 

Delivery Outside of the UK

Delivery charges outside of the UK are a fixed £6.99 per order. We send via a Royal Mail tracked service and tracking details will be forwarded on despatch.

Customers outside the EU may be liable to local import taxes. If you have any questions regarding additional taxes that you may be charged please contact your local customs and revenue office. Of you have any specific requirements for any orders please contact us.
