Gym Bunny Post Work Out Bites

Simple and delicious. Take these Post Workout bites with you or leave them in the fridge for after the gym, run, yoga or whatever gets you moving. Great for muscle recovery and energy.

Ingredients:

150g Pitted Dates (Medjool are yummy)

100g Cashew Nuts

100g Pumpkin Seeds

2 Tbsp. Gym Bunny Powder

2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

Desiccated Coconut for rolling the bites

Put the nuts and seeds in a food blender and whizz until the desired consistency (I like mine a little chunky). Add the dates, Gym Bunny and coconut oil and give the mixture a final blend.

Spoon a portion into your hand and roll into a ball before rolling onto the desiccated coconut. If you make around 30g balls you will make approx. 12-15 from the mixture. Place in a tub and keep in the fridge. They will never last but will be ok in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
