Raw Cacao, Coconut & Chia Pudding
I love a pudding and this is delicious! You can add more natural sweetener, but I love the slight bitterness of raw cacao. My kids drizzle extra honey over theirs and we can share a bowl.
Its so simple to make and you can choose to keep the chia seeds whole or blend them. Choose to either add them at the blender stage or stir them in after.
Ingredients:
200ml Coconut milk
2 tablespoons of Raw Organic Cacao Powder
2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
Maple syrup (to taste) I like a good dollop.
Blend the coconut milk with the Raw Cacao Powder (chia seeds if you like them smooth) and honey or maple syrup,
Stir in the Cia seeds if you like them whole.
Place in a bowl, cover and pop in the fridge.
Chia facts:

Raw cacao powder is packed with flavonoids. Nutrients shown to help lower blood pressure, improve blood flow to the brain and heart, and aid in preventing blood clots. The flavonoids in cacao powder may help increase insulin sensitivity, reducing your risk of diabetes.
Don't forget the positive impact of cacao powder on your mood. A pudding to get happy about.
