Inflammation Relief Smoothie With CBD Oil

Ginger has long been fantastic herbal medicine. The clinical effects of ginger have six subsections: nausea and vomiting, gastrointestinal function, pain, inflammation, metabolic syndromes, and other symptoms. (2)
Animal studies have suggested that CBD has pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. Anecdotally, some people with arthritis or other inflammatory issues who have tried CBD, report noticeable pain relief, sleep improvement and/or anxiety reduction.
- 3-inch piece of fresh turmeric root
- 3-inch piece of fresh ginger root
- 1 lime, peeled
- 3 carrots
- 1 orange, peeled
- 2 individual stalks of celery
- 3 drops of 1000mg golden CBD Oil
Add all ingredients to your blender and pour over ice . For an extra dose of omega-3s (and to assist absorption), top with chia or flax seeds, or even a splash of avocado oil.
Drop in your CBD oil as a final finish.
