Raw Chocolate Fudge (with just 3 ingredients)
Rich, sticky fudge that you can rustle up during the ad breaks? Yes please! If you fancy something sweet and simple with all natural ingredients look no further than our raw chocolate fudge. Its diary free and if you opt for agave nectar as your sweetener its also suitable for vegans. I like to add a little pretty coating to the fudge and used desiccated coconut here but you can roll them in nuts, seeds, cacao nibs or whatever takes your fancy.
Just 3 ingredients....
80g raw cacao powder
45g raw virgin coconut oil
70g of agave nectar (or whatever liquid sweetener you prefer)
Now for the easy bit......
Put your ingredients in a bowl and blend together with the back of a spoon. This will take a little time so you may want to return to the TV whilst you are mixing. The coconut oil goes in solid so the consistently will seem a little dry at first. Keep blending and you will reach a fudge like texture.
Its easy to roll the fudge into balls but you can press the mixture into a flat tin and refrigerate before cutting into fudge like chunks.
Dust, sprinkle or roll in a topping if you fancy and enjoy!
