The magical ingredient of Lycopene works best if the tomato is cooked or processed. Try your tomatoes sun dried and roasted, in soups, sauces, puree’s and homemade ketchup. Eating fresh tomatoes will still give you great benefits but cooking really ramps up the best bits.
