The Foods You Should Buy Organic

Wouldn’t it be great to grow and harvest our own fresh fruit and vegetables? With no pesticides to worry about. No intensive farming and no need to wrangle about whether to pay more for organic produce. If you are shopping on a budget choosing all organic can be costly. Thankfully the Environmental Working Group has done the hard work for you. The working group analysed 48 of the most popular fruit and vegetables and found that some produce has higher chemical residue.  The outcome is a dirty dozen (with two more added in 2015) and the clean 15.
