This is so simple yet outstandingly tasty!
If you fancy chicken nuggets but don't want to risk the added water, modified corn starch, water and 'flavouring' of some shop brought and fast food versions, try this easy and quick recipe.
If you have a hungry hoard to feed they are a no brain dinner pleaser (my children like doing the making too, even better!)
Skinned chicken breast
1 egg beaten
Crush the cornflakes into smaller pieces (a pestle and bowl is great) Chop the chicken breast into nugget pieces. Dip the nugget into the egg and roll over the cornflakes. Place on a greased baking tray and cook for 30 minutes at 180c.
