Post Workout Nut & Banana Smoothie

After a workout I am starving. Usually dashing on to work/kids/supermarket can mean grabbing something sweet to keep me going. A short term fix that undoes all my hard work!

This is a simple smoothie blending a banana with some nutty goodness and two heaped teaspoons of our Gym Bunny blend. A power blend that will act like rocket fuel on your energy levels whilst restoring and maintaining muscle growth along the way.  

Ingredients:

300ml cashew milk (or milk of choosing)

1 banana

Small handful of walnuts

2 heaped teaspoons of Gym Bunny.

Blend together with ice and sit to enjoy!
