This orange and carrot smoothie is packed full of vitamin C for an immune system boost. The key player is beta carotene supplied by the bright orange, carrot, and mango. Beta carotene is the precursor to vitamin A production and essential to skin, eye and reproductive health.

1 large carrot
2 sticks of celery
- Peel and roughly chop the carrot and orange.
- Peel and slice the mango
- Chop the celery
- Put everything (plus some ice) in a blender with the water and blend until smooth.
