Mum on the run energy smoothie

Looking for an energy boost? Our Mum on the run smoothie is delicious, nutritious and proven to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Its secret? A combination of foods that feed your body a cocktail of energy boosting vitamins and minerals. Every one proven to eliminate tiredness from your day. This recipe is great for breakfast or as a mid afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients:

350ml milk (plant or cows)

20g cashews

10g pumpkin seeds

10g Mum On The Run

2 tbsp. natural yoghurt

2 tbsp. organic oats

Give me that energy boost

Put the oats, cashews and pumpkin seeds in a blender and whizz away until a fine blend.
Add the milk, mum on the run and yoghurt and blend together to a creamy consistency. 

Add ice if you like your smoothie cold
