Gym Bunny Recovery Pops

Its hot hot hot. If you are exercising during a hot spell chances are you will want to restore energy, rehydrate and repair muscle whilst cooling down. Our Gym Bunny pops do just that. With nutrient dense Chia Seeds for energy, potassium to balance electrolytes and maintain fluid and protein for muscle repair. Get yourself a cheap lolly making kit and store these protein packed popsicles for a post workout cool down.
400ml almond milk
2 tbsp. gym bunny powder or raw cacao powder
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 ripe avocado
1 small banana
Keep me cool:
  1. Blend the avocado, banana and chia seeds in a blender.
  2. Add the milk, gym bunny or cacao powder
  3. Blend all together until creamy and smooth.
  4. Pour into lolly moulds, ice trays or cake pop rounds.
  5. Leave overnight and enjoy when you need some icy cold goodness.
