Gym Bunny Protein Popcorn

A simple popcorn recipe with a delicious date, peanut butter, coconut oil and our high protein Gym Bunny powder with organic pea and hemp protein, organic maca, organic lucuma, organic banana powder and raw organic cacao powder.

Pop in a tub for a nutritious snack on the go. A great post workout nibble or mid afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients:

100g popcorn

2 dates

2 Tbsp. coconut oil

1 Tbsp. peanut butter

1 Tbsp. gym bunny protein powder

4 Tbsp. water

Whizz your coating ingredients in a blender to a paste. Use more water if needed. 

Pop your corn and place in a large bowl.

Mix the paste into your popcorn and spread it onto a flat (grease proof lined) tray.

Pop in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C  (stir half way through).

Remove from the oven, cool and store in an airtight container.
