This treat contains only natural, whole food ingredients and satisfies the craving we sometimes have for a pud. Leave a couple in the fridge for a weekend….
100ml Coconut milk
3 tbsp of Raw Cacao Powder
2 tbsp of Chia Seeds
Blend the dates with a little of the coconut milk.
Add this to the remainder of the milk and stir in the cacao Powder
Stir in the Chia seeds and mix well before covering and transferring to the fridge to set
