Chia Seed Porridge
Chia Seeds make a delicious porridge. If you want a protein, fibre, vitamin and mineral rich blast at breakfast these tiny super seeds are a great choice. Improving mood and boosting energy for you people that struggle with the mornings. Chia always leave me feeling ready for the day.
1 cup of milk (hemp, almond, coconut) whatever your preference
2 tablespoons of organic chia seeds
(Toppings) Drizzle of agave, fresh/dried fruit, nuts, seeds.
Bring the milk to the boil and add the chia seeds. Simmer until the porridge has reached the desired consistency.
Tip into your bowl and top with your flavours of choice.
