Brazil nut and bean salad

The flavours of fresh green beans, sweet sun blushed tomatoes and crunchy brazils is divine. Our brazil nut and bean combo is quick and simple yet tastes restaurant ready. It can be served warm as a side dish or eaten chilled as a nutritious lunch.

Ingredients:

500g of french beans topped and tailed

150g of brazil nuts broken into smaller pieces

100g sun blushed tomatoes

1 tbsp. olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Make me this bean and nut combo:

  1. Steam your beans until tender.
  2. Place them in a bowl with the nuts, tomatoes, olive oil and seasoning.
  3. Mix together and serve....its that simple.
