150g Organic Oats
300ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk
2-3 tsp of Bee Pollen. Put the oats and bee pollen in a bowl and pour the milk over. Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning take out the creamy oats and layer with your favourite toppings.
Suggested: Diced fruit, lightly crushed nuts, toasted seeds, dried fruit, a dollop of natural honey and natural yoghurt.
