Lime, kale and pineapple boost immunity. The bromelain in pineapple is an enyme that improves digestion. The cashew nuts add a protein boost that makes this smoothie a great breakfast or lunch choice.
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 1 avocado
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Handful of frozen pineapple
- 2 handfuls of kale
- Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts
- 1 small banana
Add everything to your blender with a splash of water. Blend and serve.
